Ravi Shah

Ravi Shah is a Principal at IA Capital Group, where he leads the sourcing, execution, and management of investments across insurtech and fintech. Prior to IA Capital, Ravi was with Laconia Capital Group, a B2B-focused venture firm, and MergerTech, where he advised on M&A and capital structuring in the digital media sector. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University. Prior to joining IA Capital Group, Ravi worked at Laconia Capital Group, a B2B VC firm, and MergerTech, where he worked on M&A and capital raising transactions in the digital media space. Ravi holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University.
